Supporting The Caregiver Connection

The Caregiver Connection is a partnership of nonprofit organizations, businesses, funders, caregivers, congregations, and other interested individuals. 

The project is led by Interfaith Senior Programs, an IRS 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization, 39-1393171.  All donations to The Caregiver Connection are tax deductible to the extent allowable by the IRS. 

Your donation will be acknowledged by The Caregiver Connection, with your receipt listing "Interfaith Senior Programs" as the receipient. 

• $100 donation supports a half-day of respite care for a family caregiver
• $50 donation supports materials for a workplace education program
• $25 donation supports materials for seniors at a health care to learn about caregiver services in Waukesha County
